At OLG, we believe that knowing and loving our students is not just a part of our mission; it is a crucial ingredient to learning. Because of our small class sizes, students are able to receive personalized attention from our highly equipped, supportive staff.
Social Emotional Learning
Our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program, is taught using the Casel Framework, which instills the skills of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Through daily exercises and activities, students have the opportunity to develop a skill set that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Small Class Sizes
We believe that learning is relational. That's why at OLG, we prioritize small class sizes, with one homeroom per grade level, and a student-teacher ration of 15:1. At OLG, your student will build constructive relationships with teachers who care.
